Work we perform for you is also governed by your proposal, quote, or service agreement; if those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed document controls.

Description: When you opt in, SpaceBound Solutions sends text messages about your service appointments, appointment reminders, technician arrival ("on our way") notices, and work-order updates.

How to opt in: Check the consent box on our website text-message form, or give consent to a SpaceBound representative.

Message frequency: Varies based on your service activity.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message from (216) 220-2213 at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also opt out using the form on our website. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again on our website.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy our products or services.
