This SMS Privacy Policy explains how SpaceBound Solutions handles your information when you sign up for, use, or opt out of our text message program. It supplements our company Privacy Policy.

The text message program

If you opt in, SpaceBound Solutions sends text messages from (216) 220-2213 about your service appointments, appointment reminders, technician arrival ("on our way") notices, and work-order updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt in or out on our Text Messages page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Full program terms are in our Terms.

Information we collect for text messages

  • your name and mobile phone number;
  • your choice to opt in or out, with the date, time, and web page where you made it; and
  • technical details of the sign-up (such as IP address and browser type), kept as a record of your consent.

How we use it

We use this information only to send the service messages you agreed to, to honor your opt-in or opt-out choice, and to keep the consent records that wireless carriers require.

No sharing for marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf (such as our SMS delivery provider and wireless carriers), and only to deliver those messages. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Keeping and protecting it

We store this information securely with access limited to authorized SpaceBound staff, and keep consent records for as long as needed to honor your choice and meet legal and carrier requirements.
