Position: * At the end of this description, please find an application link. Progressive company is in need of a Warehouse Shipping Clerks with strong experience in warehouse practices, for a global distribution company. The ideal candidates will possess the skill-set outlined below.

45-minutes from the following locations:
Lakewood and Sandusky

Work Status:
Full-Time

Job Description:

Preferably 2 years warehouse experience
Equipment operator experience preferred
Computer skills a MUST
Strong multi-tasker with above average time management skills
Attention to detail and above average organizational skills a Must
Ability to think quickly and solve problems independently a MUST

Must be comfortable with being on their feet all day. Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Records shipment data, including weight, charges,and space availability. Completes shipping reports. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the shipping field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Typically reports to a Warehouse Lead.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong reading and comprehension skills
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
Basic skills such as inspection, math and reading
Ability to work in a team environment
Dependability
Strong moral and work ethic

Pay Rate:
This is a full-time position. On average, this position requires a 10:00 am to 6:00pm commitment. Pay rate is negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region salaries and cost of living scale.
