Job Description / Responsibilities:
Full-time customer service reps. Must be able to follow directions, work independently, self-motivated, dependable, and have at least five years experience working within a professional environment which includes a customer service background. You must possess above average phone skills, type a minimum of 50 words per minute, be very detail oriented and a team player! A positive attitude along with understanding that the customer is our number one priority and not an interruption to the job.

Working Knowledge and Broad Experience:

Candidates applying for the Customer Service position must have a minimum of five years of experience working within a professional business office environment. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus but not required. A minimum of 50 wpm is required. Excellent communication skills and Internet experience is required.

Based upon performance and overall contribution to the success of the Company, this position offers increased levels of responsibility. Candidates must possess above average communication skills and a professional corporate attitude.

Salary:
This is a full-time salaried position. On average, this position requires a 9:00 am to 6:00pm commitment. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region salaries and cost of living scale. Please submit negotiable salary requirements when forwarding resume.
