Job Description: SpaceBound is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant. This position plays an important role in assisting Customer Service with the daily responsibilities involving, but not limited to, order taking, the handling/transferring incoming calls, generating daily reports, working within the order system, etc. Candidate must have a professional attitude, above average phone skills required, ability to field the customer's questions, trustworthy, exceptional communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, team player, organized, and enjoy speaking with retail/reseller customers.
This position also requires the candidate to have strong administrative / clerical skills, organizational skills, detail oriented, etc. Administrative responsibilities included, but not limited to, effectively providing administrative support to office team members, typing documents, creating/maintaining Excel charts with working knowledge of how to set up a chart along with doing calculations, copying, faxing, ordering, obtain information and do searches on the Internet, make calls, distribute correspondence, etc. Additional responsibilities may include, but not limited to, running errands, picking up Company lunches, preparing conference room for meetings, assist with Company functions, inventorying and coordinating items needed for volunteer programs we sponsor, coordinating special events, etc.
This position is not a job for someone who does not enjoy diversity, or requires advanced notice on most tasks. Due to the nature of our business, the Customer Service/Administrative Assistant candidate must be able to handle diversity on a daily basis, be organized, have a great attitude, able to follow instructions as they are given, be a team player, and able to work with all levels within the Company organization.
